I. Job Overview
As the role of Sales officer will work and support line supervisor in general to create more sales from installment products and other service, navigate around a specific zone, and support business of dealers to achieve sale targets of the company.
II. Responsibilities
1. Achieves performance objectives set by line supervisor;
2. Plans for field work and regular visits dealer (both active and non-active) to promote Company’s products and services;
3. Assigns working roaster and schedule of his/her team to ensure we have sufficient manpower to work and support Company’s sales operation within his area/zone;
4. Prospects, qualifies, recruits, develops, trains, and maintains dealer to optimize sales from individual shop.
5. Provides first and regularly refresh product/service and relevant process training to all dealer staff to understand Company’s nature of business and relevant process;
6. Convinces those prospected dealer to sign and accept term and condition/agreement with Company;
7. Proposes plan to recruit and maintain relationship with dealer and increase sales within his operation area;
8. Works on various action to increase number of active dealers;
9. Leads and executes all relevant marketing activities within his operation area;
10. Maintains good image of the Company through ensuring fresh marketing materials and good placement per branding guideline to optimize marketing investment for each dealer shop or in his territory;
11. Keeps maintain relationship with both existing and new dealer after recruitment;
12. Proposes and ensures dominant present of our brand/branding at dealer shop and in the territory;
13. Facilitates and monitors the sales process with dealer, i.e. from inquiry to application to dealer settlement;
14. Guides and supports channel sales team their daily work to achieve their target and Company target;
15. Conducts KYC and CDD on customer following company’s requirement and report STR to immediate supervisor and/or Legal and Compliance Section in case there is any suspicion;
16. Creates a collaboration spirit in the team;
17. Ensures on staff’s execution on every process announced from Head Office;
18. Plans, assigns, and monitors team’s regular task to optimize staff productivities;
19. Ensures good grooming and dressing/uniform as per regulation among all staff under direct supervision;
20. Provides full and accurate reports to line Supervisor on a regular basis and on timely manner;
21. Assists line supervisor to recruit, train, develop and retain branch staff;
22. Assists line supervisor to ensure full compliance of Company policy, process, procedure;
23. Assists line supervisor to raise and reinforce awareness of fraud and/or non-compliance issue in the Company and in the industry;
24. Assists line supervisor and directly/indirectly fight against fraud matters in the operation;
25. Assists line supervisor and handle operation challenge, customer complaints;
26. Assists line supervisor to keep a positive working environment in the team, encouraging a positive culture, learning environment and continuously learning for self-improvement and team development;
27. Monitoring and plan to visit dealer then prepare report to line manager;
28. Performs other tasks assigned by line supervisor;
III. Job Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree in Management, Finance & Banking, or related field
2. Minimum 01 year experience in similar role
3. Experience in managing banking operation
4. Experience and willing develop a sales team to achieve
5. Developing relationships with clients/agents
6. Be proactive, high commitment, and pressure handling well
7. English proficiency with MS.Office (Word, Excel. Power Point, etc.)
8. Strong inter and intra personal skill, problem solving skill, critical thinking skill, and motivation/energetic skill
