- Promote and Sell loan product or service to meet loan target.
- Provide clear product feature, benefit, loan criteria to customer.
- Support dealer’s sale operation.
- Facilitate and monitor the sales process with dealer, i.e. from inquiry to application to dealer settlement.
- Propose ideas and develop dealer to increase sales.
- Maintain good image of the company through ensuring fresh marketing materials and good placement as per branding guideline to optimize marketing investment for each dealer shop or in this zone.
- Keep good relationship with both existing and new dealer.
- Perform other tasks assigned by line supervisor.
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Finance & Banking, or related field
- Be able to work on field.
- Good Communication.
- High commitment, and pressure handling well
- Be able to use MS.Office (Word, Excel. Power Point, etc.)
- Strong inter and intra personal skill, problem solving skill, critical thinking skill, and motivation/energetic skill
