Responsibilities:
- Performance sale targets.
- Recruit, train, and maintain dealers to maximize sales.
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve individual and company targets.
- Plan and conduct regular field visits to both active and inactive dealers to promote products and services.
- Schedule and assign team work shifts to ensure enough manpower for sales operations.
- Provide initial and refresher training to dealer staff on products, services, and processes.
- Persuade potential dealers to sign agreements with the company.
- Execute marketing activities and ensure proper branding and display in dealer shops.
- Conduct KYC/CDD checks on customers and report any suspicious activity.
- Monitor staff productivity, appearance, and adherence to regulations.
- Provide accurate and timely reports to line manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Finance & Banking, or related field
- 3 years experience sale or in similar role
- Keen to work as an administration with some supportive functions in branch
- Be proactive, high commitment, and pressure handling well
- English proficiency with MS.Office (Word, Excel. Power Point, etc.)
- Strong inter and intra personal skill, problem solving skill, critical thinking skill, and motivation/energetic skill
