Job Overview: Providing customers are satisfied with our personal loan by providing high quality service throughout the whole experience of visiting our bank.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting walk-in customers, ensuring a positive first and last impression, and following banking standards.
- Consistently achieve personal performance targets.
- Support line supervisor in achieving branch goals, handling customer complaints, and fostering a positive work culture.
- Promote bank products and actively work toward credit card recruitment and activation targets.
- Handle all cash transactions (receiving, disbursement, reconciliation, posting).
- Conduct proper KYC/CDD, report suspicious transactions.
- Manage credit card stock, process in system.
- Provide timely, accurate reports.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by line supervisor.
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree in Management, Finance & Banking, or related field
- Minimum 01 year experience in similar role or sale
- Be proactive, high commitment, and pressure handling well
- English proficiency with MS.Office (Word, Excel. Power Point, etc.)
- Strong inter and intra personal skill, problem solving skill, critical thinking skill, and motivation/energetic skill
