I. Job Overview

Entry Data Processing (EDP) is responsible for data enry of all application from each unit and ensure that the data entry are accurate, fully recorded and sbumit to system in timely manner.

II. Job Description

1. Achieves performance objectives assigned by line supervisor
2. Performs data entry of all application into system in the full and accurate
3. Performs check and verify on data entry to ensure the application is correct per product criteria and latest in-progress promotion
4. Direct engages with relevant sales team (direct sales, channel sales, cashier, etc.) to facilitate for form completeness
5. Performs preliminary check (if possible) for any suspicious fraud on document of the application and report to relevant HoU or DBM/BM or Legal and Compliance Section in a timely manner
6. Ensures own grooming and dressing/uniform is as per Company’s regulation
7. Provides full and accurate reports to line Supervisor on a regular basis and on timely manner
8. Assists line supervisor to recruit, train, develop and retain branch staff
9. Assists line supervisor to ensure full compliance of Company policy, process, procedure
10. Assists line supervisor to raise and reinforce awareness of fraud and/or non-issue in the Company and in the industry
11. Assists line supervisor and directly/indirectly fight against fraud matters in the operation
12. Assists line supervisor and handle operation challenge, customer complaints
13. Assists line supervisor to keep a positive working environment in the team, encouraging a positive culture, learning environment, and continuously learning for self-improvement and team development
14. Performs other tasks assigned by line supervisor

III. Job Requirement

1.  Bachelor Degree in Management, Finance & Banking, or related field
2. Minimum 01 year experience in similar role
3. Experience in managing banking operation
4. Provide high quality report and great data entry skill
5. Be proactive, high commitment, and pressure handling well
6. English proficiency with MS.Office (Word, Excel. Power Point, etc.
7. Strong inter and intra personal skill, problem solving skill, critical thinking skill, and motivation/energetic skill
