Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and monitoring project development plans from technical side.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Work with business transformation for business requirement document (BRD).
- Documenting and following up on important actions.
- Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Determining project changes.
- Assist and report to line manager and providing administrative support as needed.
- Undertaking project tasks as required.
- Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
- Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
- Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project stakeholders.
- Provide regular report of IT development status to management and related stakeholders.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in business or related technical field of study.
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Experience in IT project management, from conception to delivery
- An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and Outlook.
