Manager, IT Project Management

IT & Operation | Head Office

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and monitoring project development plans from technical side.
  • Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
  • Work with business transformation for business requirement document (BRD).
  • Documenting and following up on important actions.
  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
  • Ensuring project deadlines are met.
  • Determining project changes.
  • Assist and report to line manager and providing administrative support as needed.
  • Undertaking project tasks as required.
  • Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project.
  • Ensure stakeholder views are managed towards the best solution.
  • Facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project stakeholders.
  • Provide regular report of IT development status to management and related stakeholders.

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in business or related technical field of study.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
  • Experience in IT project management, from conception to delivery
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Microsoft Project and Outlook.
