Responsibility:
- Assist the QA team with preparing and executing test cases, test scenarios, and test data
- Perform functional, regression, and integration testing for mobile applications and web
systems. - Record and track software defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Excel, or other
tools used by the bank) - Collaborate with developers and IT teams to ensure software quality
- Prepare testing documentation, including test reports, defect logs, and sign-off sheets
- Learn and apply banking domain knowledge related to digital banking, LOS, and
collection systems
Requirement
- Undergraduate student or recent graduate in IT, Computer Science, Software
Engineering, or a related field - Basic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software
Testing Life Cycle (STLC) - Familiarity with mobile and web applications
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills in both English and Khmer
- Be able to use Microsoft Office, internet usage, and email
