I. Job Overview
The Deputy Branch Manager supports the Branch Manager in leading daily operations, achieving sales and performance targets, managing staff, and ensuring excellent service quality. This role helps drive business growth, monitor risks, maintain compliance, and support team development to ensure smooth and successful branch operations.
II. Job Description

Achieve the branch and unit performance targets based on the approved budget.

Prepare plans and actions to reach the unit’s targets.

Support the Branch Manager (BM) with market feedback and ideas for branch strategy.

Achieve targets related to sales, profit, dealer development, member recruitment, card issuing, credit management, and expenses.

Support and drive the execution of company strategies and branch initiatives.
-
Handle tasks related to assessment and credit control at the branch.

Assist the BM with work processes and asset management.

Support HR and administrative tasks for the branch.

Collect and analyze market information in the assigned area.

Monitor competitors and propose actions to stay competitive.

Monitor dealer settlement, loan disbursement, and assessment speed to ensure good service.

Ensure staff follow grooming and uniform standards.

Assist the BM in monitoring operational and business risks.
-
Work with line management on performance improvement.

Assist the BM to recruit, train, develop, and retain branch staff.

Ensure full compliance with company policies and procedures.

Promote awareness of fraud and non-compliance risks.
-
Support fraud prevention and handling within branch operations.
-
Provide accurate and timely reports to the BM.

Support the BM in solving operational issues and customer complaints.

Help maintain a positive working environment and support staff development.

Assist the BM with AML/CFT-related tasks.

Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
III. Job Criteria
-
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
-
Experience in Banking industry at least for 5 years and up on sale and team leading
-
Experience on team’s KPI setting
-
Able to communicate in English
- Willing to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

Able to travel for work when required.
