I. Job Overview:
This role, you will be responsible for managing the receipt and delivery of documents, coordinating transportation for staff and management, and assisting with monthly payment processes for vehicle overtime and courier services. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and organizational skills, demonstrate a commitment to quality service, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.

II. Job & Responsibilities
1. Supported both internal and external customers in the receipt
2. Delivery of incoming and outgoing documents, both locally and internationally.
3. Coordinated transportation for staff and management.
4. Assisted in processing monthly payments for vehicle overtime and courier services.
5. Completed additional tasks as assigned by management.
6. Handle customer service & company calls.
7. Arrange and report company visitors.
8. Manage courier, documents, and office supplies.
9. Maintain staff lockers and meeting rooms
10. Arrange company cars and reconcile monthly payments.
11. Other tasks as assigned.
III. Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field.
2. 1–2 years of experience in procurement, administration, or office support.
3. Basic knowledge of sourcing, quotation, and vendor coordination.
4. Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
8. Honest, detail-oriented, and team player.
