🧭 Job Overview:

The HR & Administration Intern (Admin Focus) will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations within the office. This position offers hands-on experience in office management, facility coordination, document control, and other administrative functions that contribute to the efficiency of the HR & Admin Department.

πŸ—‚οΈ Job Description / Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining office files, documents, and records (both hard copy and digital).
  2. Support in managing office supplies, stationery, and inventory tracking.
  3. Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, cleaning, and repair tasks.
  4. Assist in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, parcels, emails, etc.).
  5. Support the preparation of meeting rooms, printing materials, and other logistics for staff meetings or events.
  6. Help monitor and update staff attendance, parking lists, and access card records.
  7. Assist in processing requests related to office equipment, facility use, and other admin services.
  8. Support in arranging staff travel, accommodation, and administrative logistics if required.
  9. Provide general support to the HR & Admin team on daily office operations.

  1. Bachelor’s degree student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  3. Good communication and organizational skills.
  4. Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
  5. Able to work well with team members and maintain confidentiality.
  6. Positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.
