π§ Job Overview:
The HR & Administration Intern (Admin Focus) will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations within the office. This position offers hands-on experience in office management, facility coordination, document control, and other administrative functions that contribute to the efficiency of the HR & Admin Department.
ποΈ Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and maintaining office files, documents, and records (both hard copy and digital).
- Support in managing office supplies, stationery, and inventory tracking.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, cleaning, and repair tasks.
- Assist in handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, parcels, emails, etc.).
- Support the preparation of meeting rooms, printing materials, and other logistics for staff meetings or events.
- Help monitor and update staff attendance, parking lists, and access card records.
- Assist in processing requests related to office equipment, facility use, and other admin services.
- Support in arranging staff travel, accommodation, and administrative logistics if required.
- Provide general support to the HR & Admin team on daily office operations.
π Job Requirements:
- Bachelorβs degree student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work well with team members and maintain confidentiality.
- Positive attitude and strong sense of accountability.
