Job Overview
The Learning & Development Intern will support the HR team in implementing training, employee development programs, and engagement activities. This role provides hands-on experience in L&D operations, including training coordination, learning materials preparation, data tracking, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and learning events
- Support in preparing training materials, presentations, and documentation.
- Assist in maintaining and updating training records, attendance sheets, and evaluation forms.
- Coordinate logistics for training programs (venue booking, participant communication, materials, refreshments, etc.).
- Support in conducting post-training evaluation and feedback analysis.
- Assist in developing content for internal learning platforms or communication channels.
- Participate in employee engagement activities organized by HR.
- Provide administrative support to the L&D team as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
- Strong interest in Learning & Development / Human Resources.
- Good communication skills in English and Khmer (verbal & written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team.
