I. Job Overview :
The Specialist, Card Promotion & Digital is a role in developing and executing promotional and marketing initiatives that drive the growth of the Bank’s card products and digital payment solutions. The role combines campaign design, performance analysis, partnership management, and digital marketing coordination to acquire new customers, strengthen brand presence, and ensure that promotional activities deliver measurable commercial results within the approved budget.
II. Job Description:
1. PROMOTION & CAMPAIGN DEVELOPMENT
- Initiate, design, and support promotional schemes and activities that drive the uptake of card products and digital payment solutions
- Develop product and promotional advertising materials in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
- Oversee the timely launch of promotions and campaigns, coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
2. PERFORMANCE MONITORING & EVALUATION
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and results against defined targets to ensure each project achieves its objectives
- Conduct post-campaign evaluations, including profit-and-loss (P&L) analysis, and document key findings and recommendations.
- Prepare clear, well-structured documentation and proposals for management review and approval.
3. CUSTOMER ACQUISITION & MARKET ANALYSIS
- Analyze prospective customer demand and market trends to identify acquisition opportunities.
- Design and execute targeted promotions aimed at acquiring new cardholders and digital payment users.
4. PARTNERSHIP & NEGOTIATION
- Negotiate terms with external partners and merchants and prepare the corresponding agreements.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with partners to support joint promotional initiatives
5. DIGITAL MARKETING COORDINATION
- Coordinate digital marketing activities — including promotional videos and tutorial clips — to strengthen card branding and increase product exposure
6. BUDGET & ADMINISTRATION
- Manage and control the section’s budget, ensuring expenditure remains within approved limits.
- Undertake other duties as reasonably assigned by management from time to time.
III. Job Requirement:
- Education -Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Economics, Management, or a related field.
- Experiences – At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within banking, financial services, or the card and payments sector.
- Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills. – Strong presentation and interpersonal skills. – Sound negotiation skills. – Creativity and effective time-management skills. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, internet, and email applications.
