Job Overview:

Responsible for leading and managing the credit control function to ensure sound credit risk management, strategic planning, and high team performance. The role involves setting objectives, reviewing policies, approving loan decisions, and ensuring all credit operations align with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare strategic and planning for Credit Control.
  • Set objective for managers under supervision.
  • Efficiency manages and monitoring Credit Application.
  • Supervise to managers under supervision.
  • Decision on loan application.
  • Review Policy & Procedure which submit by managers and comments for updating.
  • Review KPI & Target submit by managers and comments for improving to achieve company goal.
  • Set Mid-Term & Long-Term goal for Credit Control.
  • Report and Present the result to top management.
  • Decision on all matters in Credit Control.
  • Handle Upcoming Projects in Credit Assessment Section (System Enhancement).
  • Update Policy and Procedure to adapt market situation and sharing to assessment team for
    implementation.
  • Staff’s Capacity Development Planning.
  • Prepare Recruitment Projection in Credit Control Section.
  • Initiate idea and participate any projects of Credit Management
  • Initiate to create new operational flows and evaluate current operational issues/ loopholes to be
    amendment then propose to manager for approval
  • Initiative to improve credit control section performance.
  • Others Task Assigned by Management

Requirement:

  •  Sound understanding credit application.
  • Bachelor’s or higher in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in credit risk, loan assessment, or credit control, with at least 3
    years in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Proven track record in strategic planning, credit policy development, and performance management.
  • Strong in credit evaluation, financial analysis, risk assessment
  • Knowledge of credit policies, regulations, and scoring systems
  • Experience with KPI setting and credit procedure development
  • Capable of strategic planning (mid & long-term)
  • Leads and mentors’ managers and teams
  • Oversees performance and decision-making in credit matters
