I. Job Overview

As the role of Sale Consultant ensure customers are satisfied with our personal loan by providing high quality service throughout the whole experience of visiting our bank.

II. Responsibilities

1. Provides customer service to our walk-in customer through our service guidance and standard;
2. Greets customer by following banking service standard;
3. Creates First Positive Impression and leaves the Last Positive Impression during service delivery process;
4. Consistently delivers & presents our service on behalf of the Company;
5. Ensures personal excellent grooming and dressing/uniform as per regulation;
6. Achieves personal performance objectives set by line supervisor;
7. Extends full support to line supervisor to achieve branch performance objectives;
8. Keens to promote bank products in any possible way to approach customer;
9. Handles all types of cash transactions (receiving cash, disbursement, etc..) as per procedure;
10. Conduct full and accurate count/check of cash transaction to avoid shortage/surplus when handling with customer and avoid counterfeit notes;
11. Has strong commitment to achieve credit card target and keep balance between number of card activation verses card recruitment as per bank requirement;
12. Ensure on Cash Reconciliation by Checking and process cash closing balance at the end of the day properly and accuracy;
13. Keeps promise with customer and manage the incomplete form by following closely with customers;
14. Manages the credit card stock by processing into banking system and properly hand to customer by strictly following bank policy/procedure;
15. Conducts KYC and CDD on customer following COMPANY’s requirement and report STR to immediate supervisor and/or Legal and Compliance Section in case there is any suspicion;
16. Performs cash disbursement in according to COMPANY’s process and procedure by paying detail attention on verifying, checking on amount, quality of bank note, delivery process of cash to customer, etc.;
17. Posts cash collection transaction into system in an accuracy manner and high responsibility;
18. Good collaboration with other staffs to ensure on smooth operation and high sale performance;
19. Checks and closes end of day transaction properly and accuracy;
20. Ensures own counter is well clean and tidy before customer approaching the counter;
21. Ensures own counter’s operation tools, equipment and gadgets are well functioning before shift start and during operation hours;
22. Ensures the working place for both front and back office of service floor are clean and tidy;
23. Provides full and accurate reports to line Supervisor on a regular basis and on timely manner;
24. Achieves full compliance of Company policy, regulation, procedure and flow in the workplace;
25. Assists line supervisor to raise and reinforce awareness of fraud and/or non-compliance issue in the Company and in the industry;
26. Assists line supervisor and directly/indirectly fight against fraud matters in the operation;
27. Assists line supervisor and handle operation challenge, customer complaints;
28. Assists line supervisor to keep a positive working environment in the team, encouraging a positive culture, learning environment and continuously learning for self-improvement and team development;
29. Performs other tasks assigned by line supervisor;

III. Job Requirement
1. Bachelor Degree in Management, Finance & Banking, or related field
2. Minimum 01 year experience in similar role
3. Experience in managing banking operation
4. Experience and willing develop a sales team to achieve
5. Developing relationships with clients/agents
6. Be proactive, high commitment, and pressure handling well
7. English proficiency with MS.Office (Word, Excel. Power Point, etc.)
8. Strong inter and intra personal skill, problem solving skill, critical thinking skill, and motivation/energetic skill
