I. Job Overview
This role is responsible for daily operational activities, monthly closing processes, incident and service request management, change implementation, deployment support, reporting, and settlement operations. The position works closely with business users, vendors, and technical teams to ensure stable system operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous service improvement
II. Responsibilities
– Perform daily operational activities for the Card Management System (CMS) and related applications.
– Execute (EOM) monthly closing activities according to operational procedures.
– Monitor system health and ensure all scheduled jobs are completed successfully.
– Handle service requests, user support tickets, and system inquiries within agreed service levels (SLA).
– Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents or coordinate with internal and external support teams for timely resolution.
– Manage and coordinate Change Requests (CR), including impact assessment, implementation, and post-deployment validation.
– Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and Production deployment activities.
– Coordinate with business units, vendors, and infrastructure teams to support production issues and system enhancements.
– Support audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements by providing operational evidence and documentation.
– Participate in standby or after working hours support during production deployment, critical incidents, or scheduled maintenance when required.
– Perform other duties and projects assigned by management.

II. Job Requirement
1. Education
– Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Experience
– 1–2 years of experience in application support, production support, or IT operations.
– Experience supporting Card Management Systems (CMS), or banking/payment applications is preferred.
– Experience with incident management, change management, and production support processes.
– Experience supporting UAT, production deployment, and release management.
3. Technical Skills
– Understanding of application support and production operations is preferred.
– Familiarity with Windows/Linux server environments.
– Basic knowledge of SQL, programming or scripting knowledge is preferred
– Knowledge of payment card systems, Visa/Mastercard processing, payment systems is preferred.
– Ability to analyse logs, investigate issues, and coordinate technical resolution.

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Good communication and coordination skills.
– Willingness to provide after working hours support during critical incidents or production deployments.
