I. Job Overview:
The Manager, Digital Transformation Project Management is responsible for leading digital and card product projects from planning to launch. This role focuses on developing new products, improving existing digital solutions, and ensuring smooth coordination between business, IT, vendors, and partners. The manager will oversee product design, risk management, budgeting, launch activities, and post-implementation evaluation to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business goals.
II. Job Description:

Plan and develop new digital and card products, including business plans and features.

Prepare proposals for product pricing and fee structures.

Conduct market research and analyze customer and business insights.

Define business requirements for system and product development.

Identify risks related to new products and prepare solutions to manage them.

Create product concepts, operating conditions, and ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Manage product budgets and monitor performance after launch.

Provide product training to internal teams before launching to the market.

Coordinate and manage product launch activities.

Develop operational processes, policies, procedures, and related documents.

Work closely with IT teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Negotiate and collaborate with business partners.

Conduct post-launch evaluations and performance reviews.

Handover the product to relevant departments after stabilization (approximately 3 months after launch).

Improve and enhance existing card and digital products.
-
Manage and support the Bakong (digital payment) project.
III. Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science, Economic & Management or related fields.
- At least 4 years’ experience in banking sector.
- Excellent verbal and written skill, Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skill, Negotiation skill, Creative and time management skill, Microsoft Office, project management, Internet and E-mail, product development & product management knowledge.
- Good time & project management, good coordinator with other departments, honesty, hardworking and commitment, leadership and teamwork.
