Job Overview:
The role serves as the first line of support for our CBS unit, managing service requests and incidents related to our Core Banking System (CBS) and other business applications along with other tasks assigned by management.
Responsibilities or Duties:
- Provide second-line support for service requests and incidents from the End-User Support Unit.
- Analyze and resolve all issues received from the business, escalating when necessary.
- Monitor and manage CBS, loan origination system and related system enhancements and deployments in production, ensuring compliance with change management procedures.
- Monitor and manage daily backups, ensuring backup jobs run successfully across all sites.
- Oversee daily closing processes, daily payments, daily issue resolutions, and the preparation of monthly closing reports to the direct supervisor.
- Monitor and manage check-list issues/requests, reporting any concerns to the direct supervisor.
- Ensure that all loan system enhancements comply with company policies and procedures.
- Guarantee 100% compliance with the company’s System Security requirements (no pending audit findings or issues).
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the direct supervisor.
Requirement or Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in computer science or relevant field
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Apache Tomcat
- Basic knowledge of Linux Server Administration and network infrastructure
- Willing to learn new technology
- Confident negotiation and communication skills
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Good at English (Speaking, Reading, Writing)
