I. Job Overview
Responsible for following up and collecting overdue loan payments, communicating with customers, arranging repayment solutions, and supporting the branch in achieving collection targets.

II. Key Responsibilities
• Follow up on overdue and delinquent loan accounts.
• Contact and visit customers for payment follow-up.
• Negotiate repayment arrangements with customers.
• Maintain accurate collection records and customer information.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve collection issues.
• Achieve assigned collection targets and KPIs.

III. Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are highly encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong responsibility, integrity, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Able to work under pressure and meet targets.
