I. Job Overview:
This role is responsible for managing the organization’s physical assets, including fixed assets, office space, and storage facilities. You will also be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of these assets, as well as providing support to other departments. Additionally, you will manage the organization’s key and access control systems, as well as coordinate with other teams on matters such as lease renewals and office renovations.
II. Job Description:
- Monthly fixed assets update- Monthly report
- Fixed assets physical count bi-annually
- Fixed assets transfer report and filing record
- Provide maintenance for all fixed assets such as furniture, equipment etc.
- Join the office lease & renovation matter cooperate with Store & Brand Digital Development Sec.
- Manage the organization’s office and storage space
- Ensure to receive the monthly report of cleaning, security, and generators performance from branches
- Provide the emergency information to all staff including branches country wide- Up to date on organization chart monthly basis.
- To ensure all offices are equipped with emergency equipment and put in the right place
- Control and manage the key & access control for HQ office.
- Control and manage the vehicle parking space for HQ office.
- Telephone record management including payment (all phone calls including data project)- Record up to date monthly
- Other tasks assigned by management
III. Job Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in management or related field
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
