Job Overview:

A Senior Supervisor collection is a professional of collection activities such Calling and Visitation customers to make repayment or clearing the due amount of customers to achieve the target assigned by team leader which ensue target and operate within compliance and procedure.
Responsibilities or Duties:
1. Call or leave message, comply with policy, to customers for their repayment.
2. Report and update uncontacted customer to request plan visit.
3. Conduct Home/Office/Business for investigation of noncontact customers.
4. Convince and negotiate with customers to find a good solution to make sure the overdue amount was recovered.
5. Collect cash from customers and clear back by complying with flow and the policy.
6. Update customers’ information in the system on time; Manage memo, customers’ documents, and another admin task.
7. Working closely with local authorities to maintain good relationships.
8. Assist team member with collection activities in difficult cases.
9. Manage and controlling on team members in order to achieve on target.
10. Conduct fraud suspect reporting of customers.
11. Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly reports to line manager.
12. Other tasks as by supervisor.

Requirement or Qualifications:

• Pursuing in bachelor’s degree in Banking, or related fields.
• Proven work experience on collects.
• Good communication skills.
• Be able to use Microsoft Office.
• Hard working and high commitment
