Manager, Loan Sales Management

I. Job Overview

The Manager, Loan Sales Management is responsible for overseeing assigned loan product portfolios and ensuring effective planning, execution, and performance monitoring to achieve business targets. The role involves developing and implementing strategic and operational plans, managing marketing initiatives, supporting sales growth, and ensuring alignment with the bank’s overall business objectives.

II. Job Description

1. Strategic Planning & Budget Management
• Develop and prepare annual strategic and business plans for assigned loan products.
• Prepare, manage, and control the annual marketing budget to ensure cost efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
• Design and develop product schemes and promotional strategies to drive loan portfolio growth.

2. Marketing & Sales Support
• Plan, implement, and monitor promotional campaigns, marketing activities, and sales initiatives.
• Work closely with branch sales teams to identify opportunities and execute programs that support customer acquisition and business growth.
• Support the Head of Section in coordinating marketing activities to achieve growth and customer retention targets.

3. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
• Prepare monthly marketing statistics, performance reports, and sales analyses (monthly, quarterly, and semi-annual).
• Monitor campaign effectiveness, analyze results, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis for underperforming promotions and propose corrective action plans.

4. Coordination & Project Support
• Review and validate proposals related to promotions and projects before submission to the Head of Section.
• Support project management activities within the section, including coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of initiatives.

5. Other Duties
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.

III. Job requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or microfinance institutions.
• Strong understanding of loan products, sales management, and marketing strategies within the banking industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proactive, flexible, honest, and results-oriented with a positive work attitude.
• Good command of English (spoken and written).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer literacy.
