Job Description:
- Be the second line support and service requests and incidents from End-User-Support Unit
- Analyses and resolve all issues received from End-User-Support Unit
- Monitor and manage all DBMS
- Monitor and manage DBMS /reporting system enhancement and deployment in the production to be in line with change management procedures
- Monitor and check daily backup to ensure backup jobs run for all sites successfully
- Monitor & manage daily closing, daily issues and monthly closing reports and report to direct supervisor
- Ensure all enhancement reporting system/DBMS is comply to policies and procedures
- Check list all reporting system/DBMS not pending request update from business or audit
- Monitor and manage check-list system incidents/requests and report to direct supervisor
- Ensure 100% compliance (not pending any audit founding issues/requests) to company System Security requirements.
- Others assigned by direct supervisor
Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in computer science or related field.
- Good knowledge in SQL (PL/SQL is preferable), Postgres, DB2, my SQL.
- 2 years experiences in the field of Banking /Business application support, maintenance and development.
- Strong analytical and creative problem solving skills to resolve highly complex business application issues and create new products and business applications
- Project management skills and proven track record in managing implementations.
- Good leadership skills to mentor, oversee, and lead team members
- Good interpersonal skills to interact with business users, vendors, management, and team members
- Good communication skills,
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Honesty, reliability, and a commitment to strict confidentiality.
