Job Description:
- Manage and monitor on the training plan and training budget;
- Assess training needs for existing and new staffs
- Identify internal and external training programs to address competency gaps.
- Partner with internal stakeholders regarding employee training needs.
- Organize, develop or source training programs to meet specific training needs.
- Develop training aids such as manuals and handbooks.
- To be responsible for all aspects of training within the company.
- Prepare monthly and yearly training program (internal and external).
- Manages training program; scheduling rotations and assignments; monitoring job contributions; coaching staff; advising managers on training and coaching.
- Monitor and when needed conduct orientation training to new staff.
- Manage and update training reports.
- Review, develop, roll out, and implement succession planning program
- Review, develop, roll out, and implement certification program for external candidates
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field required.
- At least two years of training experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
- Ability to evaluate and research training options and alternatives.
- Ability to design and implement effective training and development.
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related program software.
