- Make outbound call to customer to introduce Company’s promotion, products and services which are eligible for customer.
- Cross sales ASB products/services and covince customer to apply at ASB rather than other finance insitution where data is provided from any source.
- Survey customer’s satification of ASB service by following Q&A guidline.
- Perform other calling taks upon company’s assignment.
- Report daily activities about results after call to customer on timely and accurate manner.
- Previous experience in a customer support role
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
- Other job assigned by management.
