Job Description:

  • Make outbound call to customer to introduce Company’s promotion, products and services which are eligible for customer.
  • Cross sales ASB products/services and covince customer to apply at ASB rather than other finance insitution where data is provided from any source.
  • Survey customer’s satification of ASB service by following Q&A guidline.
  • Perform other calling taks upon company’s assignment.
  • Report daily activities about results after call to customer on timely and accurate manner.

Requirement:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Other job assigned by management.
