Branch Manager( Aeon Mall 3, Kampong Speu)


Job Description:

– Achieve overall performance of Branch in according to the set budget with HoD;
– Plan and develop action plan for own branch in order to achieve Branch’s budget;
– Assist HoD and other relevant HoS by feeding input, market feedback and idea for HoD to develop department plan and strategy;
– Each achievement of budget and profit budget of the amount of sales/profit/dealer development/member recruitment/card issuing/ delinquent credit management and expenses;
– Facilitate, participate and drive for excellent execution for all company strategy and initiatives, which are related to branch operation. This shall include all initiatives from relevant section;
– Matters related to assessment and credit control in branch;
– Work processing and asset management in branch;
– Market information collection and analysis of operational areas in charge;
– Monitor dealer settlement performance ; loan disbursement and assessment speed to ensure stakeholder’s satisfaction;
– Set Clear KPI for branch staff performance and monitor for improvement purpose;
– Recruit, train, develop and retain branch staff;
– Ensure full compliance of company policy, process, procedure;
– Provide full and accurate report to line supervisor (HoD) on a regular basis;
– Perform other tasks assigned by line manager (HoD);

Job Requirement

– Bachelor Degree in Management, HR, or related field
– Minimum 03 to 05 years experience in similar role
– Experience in managing banking operations, KPIs and cost structures are advantage
– In-depth knowledge of the Cambodia banking industry.
– Be proactive, commitment and able to travel cross province as business needs
– Good knowledge of preparing and monitoring the business plan
– English proficiency with MS.Office (Word, Excel. Power Point, etc.)
– Strong inter and intra personal skill, problem solving skill, critical thinking skill, and motivation/energetic skill
